All sales are final.  Summit Health will accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to the client.  

Exchange eligibility:  To be eligible for an exchange a client must provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect product along with the attached shipping label immediately upon receipt.  The photographs along with an explanation of events must be emailed to the client’s respective Wellness Specialist within 3 days of delivery.  

At Summit Health we strive for customer satisfaction and your wellness is our number one priority.  Summit health will evaluate each instance that may qualify for exchange individually to ensure that our clients are confident that they are receiving the best care possible.
